Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our talented multi-disciplinary team in our Community Support Program working with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
As a Riverbend Clinician, your primary responsibilities will be working with clients to coordinate treatment, assisting them in obtaining the services they need, and facilitating communication with the treatment team at Riverbend, outside agencies, and other providers. This is a great opportunity to work on the front lines of community-based mental health services, and help our clients achieve optimal recovery and independence.
• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary team including case management, nursing, and psychiatry • Provide individual and group therapy to adults and coordinate treatment with both providers and facilities outside of Riverbend • Participate in providing DBT therapy including individual, skills group facilitation, and participation in weekly DBT consultation team meeting • Provide clinical assessment for adult eligibility for CSP services • Completion of clinical documentation in a concise and timely fashion

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline is required. • Active license, or eligibility for licensure in NH, as an LICSW or Psychologist is required. • LADC/MLADC licensure is preferred. • Experience working with adults in the mental health field is preferred. • Knowledge of – or willingness to learn and practice – the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) model is required.
