NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional and energetic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director of the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and the Tween IOP. The position involves working with an innovative team, clinical work, and teaching. The programs employ evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, pet therapy, art therapy, yoga, meditation, and auricular acupuncture.
The successful candidate for this position will be BC/BE and have completed a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to contribute and grow the department, drive to advance their own specialty, and eagerness for career progression are also required. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
