The ideal candidate will be an outstanding clinician and teacher who is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. At least five years of experience in a physician leadership role, such as Chair, Division Chief, Medical Director or Program Director, required. We are looking for a demonstrated commitment to and experience in a high-quality, patient- and family-centered care organization.
The candidate must have experience in working with medically complex patients, displaying comfort in an inpatient setting, as well as experience in leadership and the ability to form relationships with specialists. The ideal candidate must be flexible with a long-term vision (“5-year plan”), excellent people skills and the ability to work well with often challenging and differing perspectives, even within one specialty clinic.
