Sheppard Pratt Health System (SPHS) is seeking a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist to lead our Child & Adolescent service line; this is both an administrative and clinical position. The Child & Adolescent service line consists of inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment programs, and special education schools.

Current license to practice in Maryland at the time of hire
Board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry
Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in the management and direction of clinical programs for a child and adolescent population
Must possess interpersonal skills to manage medical staff, treat patients, and foster customer and referral relations
Ability to meet deadlines, respond promptly to organizational and clinical issues, and manage the demands of multiple projects
