The Incumbent serves as the professional leader of the Primary Care/Mental Health Integration Program (PC/MH Team), co-located with the Primary Care medical teams, with an emphasis on integration of mental health services within primary care. This responsibility requires broad based clinical, administrative and supervisory knowledge and skills. The incumbent is directly responsible for the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of treatment program operations. The incumbent is expected to perform within the accepted practice guidelines. The incumbent's responsibilities include supervision of staff, professional management and administrative responsibilities that are complex in scope and that constitute a significant component of the medical center. Decisions are made exercising wide latitude and independent judgment. *Provides direct clinical and administrative supervision to all staff that serve on the PC/MH Integration Team. *Supervises clinical care management and administrative functions of the members of the PC/MH Integration Team. *Provides a full range of psychological interventions consistent with training and expertise, with special emphasis on brief and evidenced-based interventions found to be effective in primary care settings. *Provides consultation and training to Primary Care Service Line staff in the identification and management of common mental and behavioral health disorders that present in a primary care setting when indicated Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
