The Board of Child Care is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with a Flexible schedule.
The Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will serve youth within the group home or out-patient location with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, to determine the nature and extent of mental disorders, and formulate treatment programs utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
Required Education and Experience
Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland or be eligible for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Successful completion of Child/Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. Three (3) years experience in the field of Psychiatry. Maintenance of a Controlled Substances Registration Certificate as issued by the Drug Enforcement Agency.
