Physician (Supervisory Psychiatrist)
The incumbent serves as the primary point of accountability for the Psychiatry Service and maximizes the efficient use or available resources. The Supervisory Psychiatrist is involved in providing the framework for planning, directing, coordinating, providing and improving the health care services in collaboration with the Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS), Mental Health Service Line (MHSL) that are responsive to community patient needs and that improve patient health outcomes. The Supervisory Psychiatrist will provide professional patient care approximately 70% of the time and administrative duties 30% of the time.
