The Home Based Primary Care physician functions as the Supervisory Physician (Medical Director) assigned to the Rehabilitation and Extended Care (REC SL) at VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS). This position has direct administrative and professional supervision of all Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists and Physician Assistants in the HBPC program.
