Responsible for developing and directing Geisinger's Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute (ADMI) to encompass a program of translational and clinically driven research, with an emphasis on moving research discoveries into clinical practice for the benefit of our patients. Establishes and leads execution of a strategic plan for ADMI, including financial stewardship that promotes its growth and enhances its national reputation. Fosters strong relationships with clinical providers, research groups, and trainees across the health system through inter-departmental research collaborations and meaningful educational programs.
