The incumbent provides counseling and coordination of care, for Veterans receiving care in the Behavioral Health Service (BHS), and acts as the transitional coordinator of care for patients moving to and from inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program settings at the Spokane VAMC and its clinics, community agencies, and other VA facilities.
