Your Day.

As a TMS Coordinator you need to know how to:

• Conducts intake interviews with patients individually to assess appropriateness for the program and to build care plans obtaining patient diagnostic information, history of illness, cultural assessment, strengths, screening and risk assessments, trauma, family and social history.


• Develops and implements treatment plans for stabilization, mobilization, and disposition appropriate for patient care that are individualized and goal focused within 24 hours of patient admission.


• Documents group and individual activities as well as progress and response to treatment in the patientâ™s medical records as needed.


• Assesses coping mechanisms and current functioning in the following areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness.


• Plans and develops group and individual treatments in coordination with a psychiatrist and as a member of a multi-discipline team.


• Implement treatments ensuring a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment.


• Ensures the follow through of treatment goals by coordinating post program care

Your Experience.

• Masterâ™s Degree or working towards in Behavioral Health or related Healthcare field


• Three (3) years mental health experience
