The Mental Health (MH) Primary Care Social Worker, GS-11, collaborates with members of mental health multidisciplinary PACTs as well as other PACTs and programs throughout SAVAHCS to provide comprehensive medical management to Veterans diagnosed with serious mental illnesses or homelessness who are served in the MH Primary Care Section.
