Christiana Care is looking for a full time Senior Social Worker for the Holloway Program. As a social worker you would facilitate and coordinate the behavioral health care of patients (adolescent, adult & geriatric) infected with HIV. You works to assist patients and their families to adjust to personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illness or interfere with medical care.
