This fully integrated healthcare system is seeking to appoint a Chair to their Department of Psychiatry to maintain excellence in the provision of clinical Psychiatric & Behavioral Health services across the continuum.
Master clinician with a proven track record of program growth/development of clinical services.
Build consensus, handle conflict comfortably and transform the business while driving performance.
Value, respect, and support all within the organization to inspire and enhance employees.
Develop research agenda and lead strategic planning in research programs.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to leadership through open communication style, the ability to be direct, transparent and honest while exercising strong decisiveness and results orientation.
Graduate of nationally accredited and recognized medical school.
Board certification in area of expertise.
Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum of five years of administrative experience as a Chair, Vice-Chair or Division Chief.
MBA or other similar advanced degree preferred.
