The Geriatric Primary Care (GPC) Program Social Worker, as a licensed independent Social Work practitioner, is responsible for the psychosocial assessment and treatment services for all patients in the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) GPC program assigned to the clinic on the Montgomery VA Medical Clinic. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
