Dayton Children’s Hospital, in Dayton Ohio, is currently recruiting a program director for our Adolescent Psychiatry Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program.  This is a full time, employed position with competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years post-fellowship experience and be board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  The successful candidate must possess outstanding clinical, communication and educational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and direct the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient psychiatry program

Provide initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management to adolescents in these programs

Supervise psychiatric residents and child psychiatry fellows from Wright State University

Provide weekend coverage to inpatient psychiatric unit (along with another child psychiatrist) one weekend every 8 weeks

Provide night call for psychiatric service 3-4 nights per month
