The Behavioral Health Therapist contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:* Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting * Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning. * Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills. * EAP knowledge and experience, preferred* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field, required.* Current State License in one of the following disciplines: Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Will consider Bachelor's level Certified Addiction SpecialistsYour Connected Community: When people and places align, incredible things happen.
