Social Worker (Program Coordinator)
The incumbent serves as a Social Work Program Coordinator, locally titled Military to VA (M2VA) & Polytrauma Program Manager, which provides a state-of-the-art continuum of services, education and resources to post-9/11 era Veterans. The incumbent oversees service delivery and coordination of care activities for Veterans and their family members. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
