This position is the program director for our new Partial Hospitalization Program and critical to program development and clinical operations. They will be responsible for the strategic design, development and implementation of an evidence-based therapy program to serve adolescents in our community. They will work collaboratively with the Medical Director to create a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents to include the design and implementation of group, individual and family therapies using a dialectical behavior therapy for adolescents modality; administers and oversees the operations of the program; provides after-hours patient and family support; serves as a resource to staff; ensures systems and procedures adhere to all regulatory requirements and assures continual pro
