This is a Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) Social Work position embedded in multidisciplinary teams in the Mental Health Service. This is a multifunctional position with an emphasis on Outpatient Community-Based Mental Health Case/Care Management and treatment services. While this is a primarily community-based position, assignments in any setting ( e.g. hospital) are a possibility based on the clinical needs of the Mental Health Service.
