The incumbent serves as Psychologist Program Manager and as a staff psychologist in the El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS) Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
