Stuart House is an internationally recognized model program created by the Rape Treatment Center to serve the special needs of sexually abused children and their families. Stuart House provides evidence-based, trauma informed, and culturally centered therapeutic services.

As a Stuart House therapist, you will provide mental health services for children who are suspected victims of sexual abuse and their non-offending family members, including intake evaluations, comprehensive diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and individual, family, and group treatment services. Provision of clinical/psychological assessment supervision and training may be expected. You will also participate in the Rape Treatment Center/Stuart House’s 24-hour on-call response system, provide on-call telephone intake, in-person advocacy, crisis intervention, accompaniment and information/referral services for victims and significant others who present for emergency medical care/forensic examinations (1 - 2 weekday overnight shifts per month).
