WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an outpatient Psychiatry/Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider to join our well established Behavioral Health Program in Northwestern Indiana and meet the growing demands for outpatient behavioral health services. Provider with 2 to 3 years of behavioral health experience is ideal. Interested candidate will join a busy, collegial outpatient practice. Our Psychiatry service line in Northwestern Indiana currently consists of a cooperative team of five outpatient Psychiatrists, and one outpatient Psychiatry APP.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Flexible full-time schedule

• No call expectation
• Average outpatient volume: 16 to 20 patients per day

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required and
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Required
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
