Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychologist to its practice. In this role you will be working with adolescents and adults in an IOP and PHP setting and requires experience with group therapy and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Experience in crisis intervention, particularly with patients expressing suicidal thoughts, is highly preferable. The ideal candidate will be flexible, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. • Monday to Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30pm schedule with flexible Wednesday's for non-patient related tasks
• Primary Duties include: psychological evaluations, group therapy, individual and family sessions, and other clinical duties as assigned.
• Work with adolescents and adults in an IOP and PHP setting
• Opportunities for professional growth and development, including support for DBT training.
• Flexibility to engage in community outreach activities.
• Emphasis on quality of care rather than quantity.

• Small practice setting, allowing for close collaboration and a personal approach to patient care
• Compensation is between $64.80 and $104.46 per hour
