Position Summary: Tower Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a dedicated and experienced psychiatrist to serve as the Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program. This role requires a minimum commitment of 40% effort towards the fellowship program, overseeing its overall administration, including recruitment, curriculum development, and compliance with ACGME standards. The Director will also provide direct clinical services (up to 0.6 FTE) at Tower Health sites including St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and 1427 Vine Street outpatient clinic located in Center City, Philadelphia.  Key Responsibilities Program Administration: Lead the Child and Adolescent Psychiatr
