Clinical Psychologist Audrey Hepburn Children's Hospital
The Psychologist functions as a clinical psychologist under the supervision of the Section Chief, Audrey Hepburn Children's House and the Supervisor Psychology, in accordance with the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct of the American Psychological Association, guidelines from the New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners, and standards set forth by the joint Commission. In general, the Psychologist independently diagnoses and treats mental disorders and aspects of psychological adjustment. Specific to the Children's House, the Psychologist performs those functions in the area of child maltreatment and family violence. The specific scope of practice will be articulated in the delineation of privileges as issued in the process of appointment to the Medical
