Nemours is seeking a Specialty Nurse to support the Psychiatry and Developmental Medicine teamsPrimary Function:The Developmental Medicine and Psychiatry Specialty Nurse is responsible for an area of specialized nursing practice, and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families in the ambulatory, and outpatient settings. Utilizes the nursing process as a basis for providing and evaluating nursing care. Applies knowledge of growth and development, pathophysiology and family dynamics in delivery of care. Essential Functions: Performs ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress and revision of interdisciplinary plan of care related to patient needs.
