Clinical Psychologist Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Department of Psychiatry Carilion Clinic, Roanoke Virginia This position is split as follows: 60% Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation ( Brain Injury patients) 40% Department of Psychiatry and will enhance access for psychological service delivery for traumatic brain injury (TBI), cognitive, and neurological conditions (eg: psychogenic pain disorder, psychogenic seizures, MS, Parkinson's); specialty psychological intervention for these diagnoses.
