PURPOSE The purpose of this job is to serve our members, customers and co-workers.   SUMMARY The Director of Diversity and Inclusion will lead ACHE in realizing its core value of championing diversity and fostering inclusion to advance equity in the field’s healthcare workplaces and communities served.  He/she will serve in a leadership capacity to identify and implement plans that advance diverse healthcare executives and foster diversity and inclusion efforts in the field.  The incumbent will also identify new opportunities that support ACHE’s strategic direction and diversity and inclusion as a core value.  JOB FUNCTIONS Diversity and Inclusion Activities
