MultiCare Health System is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for their growing child and adolescent psychiatric inpatient service located at Tacoma General Hospital. This opportunity is a 1.0 FTE, inpatient, and in-person role, however, can be explored as a remote or hybrid option. The Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit has 25 beds and houses voluntary and involuntary patients ranging in age from 13 to 18. Expectations for duties on the unit:1. Will be covering a maximum of 7-8 patients which will include 1-2 discharges, 1-2 new admits a day.2. All admissions can be voluntary, or Family initiated or Detained patients3.
