This Staff Psychologist (Primary Care-Mental Health Integration/Home-Based Primary Care) is assigned to the Sedalia Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) attached to Harry S Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (Truman VA) which is a level 1C Medical Center, which provides both outpatient medical and mental health services.
