St. Louis Children?s Hospital is seeking
An experienced and compassionate Manager of Pediatric Psychology to lead our pediatric behavioral health services. In this role, you will guide a team of skilled psychologists and behavioral health professionals in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families.

What You?ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of pediatric psychologists and behavioral health clinicians, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee daily operations of pediatric psychology services across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Partner with medical and hospital leadership to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
- Expand and enhance programs supporting patients with chronic illness, developmental conditions, and behavioral health needs
- Drive quality and performance outcomes, including patient access, experience, and clinical effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and documentation standards
- Champion a collaborative culture focused on compassion, inclusion, and continuous improvement
